FAQ
DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?
A. We don’t take insurance at this time, but we have made sure to make our pricing competitive in the current market. Many find that our self-pay cost is very reasonable and at times less costly than using insurance. Your insurance may still help to cover the cost of medications and labs. You may also use your FSA or HSA to cover the cost of visits. You can also submit your chart notes to your insurance company for probable reimbursement.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
A. We will conduct a thorough health questionnaire before proceeding with the consultation and prescription. The questionnaire or any questions you may have before your consultation are free. If you schedule a consultation and medication is prescribed the visit will be billed with no refund.
DO YOU CHARGE A NO-SHOW FEE?
A. Yes, if you do not give a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be charged a $59 no-show fee, which is also non-refundable.
WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND MID-TREATMENT AND WANT TO TRY SOMETHING ELSE FOR MY ACNE, CAN I STOP?
A. Absolutely. We try our hardest to keep you with the same provider throughout your treatment so that you are both on the same page and work together to achieve the best results for your skin and confidence.
I’M UNDER 18 YEARS OLD, CAN I STILL USE YOUR PLATFORM FOR MY VISIT?
A. Yes, you can but you must have a parent or guardian present for your first consultation. They can then sign a form for consent to proceed with the rest of the visits without being present.
WHAT DOES THE APPOINTMENT FEE COVER?
A. Think of the appointment fee covering what a traditional visit would cover. The appointments with your provider, sending the prescription, sending and reading the labs, and support for any questions or concerns you may have regarding your care.
CAN I JUST SEND PICTURES INSTEAD OF GETTING ON A VIDEO CALL?
A. Yes and No. The first consultation is done on a video call and the rest of the visits can be done with pictures if you prefer. If you want to get on a video call every month, that is included at no additional cost.

A. We have a variety of experienced and dermatology-trained professionals including NPs, PAs, and dermatologists.

A. You will be charged for medication by the pharmacy. So if you’re having issues with your medication payment, those concerns need to be addressed through the pharmacy.
IS TELEHEALTH SAFE FOR MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
A. Yes, all the platforms used are HIPAA-compliant for your safety.
WHAT IF I NEED TO SEE SOMEONE IN PERSON?

What method of cleaning do you use? How do you clean?
We use hot water extraction, sometimes called steam cleaning. We spray the carpet with heated water under pressure and extract the soiled water back out. We have the latest and industry leading equipment designed for cleaning carpet, upholstery, and tile and grout.
How long will it take for the carpet to dry?
The carpet will only be damp to the touch. The technician will take the time to dry the carpet as much as possible. Normally the carpet dries completely about two hours after a cleaning.
Do you move furniture?
We move most furniture. We shift the furniture out of the way, clean underneath, and put the furniture back. Very heavy items such as pianos, a chest of drawers filled with dishes, or fragile items, we can not move. When cleaning bedrooms, we normally clean the traffic areas. That means we would normally go around furniture along the walls, and clean as much carpet under the bed while it is in place.
How long will it take to complete the process of cleaning my floors?
The time it takes to complete the cleaning normally depends on how soiled the carpet is, and how much furniture needs to be moved. Normally we can complete an average sized living room, dining room, hall or stairs, in about an hour.
Will you guarantee all the stains will come out?
While we guarantee we will do our very best to get all the stains out, unfortunately, we cannot always achieve that goal. We will always inspect the carpet before the cleaning, and point out any stains we believe may be permanent. We also have safe spotters we use to remove stubborn stains.
Will cleaning my carpets cause them to get dirty again faster?
Early carpet cleaning techniques like shampooing carpets left vast amounts of residue from soap in the carpet. Soap is a magnet for dirt. After the carpet is shampooed, the carpet is left with a sticky, tacky residue that attracts dirt, and causes the carpet to re-soil prematurely. Our cleaning process leaves virtually no residue in the carpet. No matter how frequently our process is used on a carpet, it will not cause any residual soiling.
